GOLDEN PEACOCK SCREEN

My first screen, designed to act as a showpiece for clients who felt they wanted something more adaptable and mobile than a mural.  Inspired by traditional east Asian lacquer screens and my recent mural for Alice Temperly.  It remains one of my favourite pieces.  As often is the case, the reverse side was a place to be more experimental, with a bright red background, black grape vine and cheeky parakeets in black silhouette.
